Our Story
When we realized that it was time to share our delicious mouth-watering latkes with the world. Customers soon realized that if they didn’t have the time or energy to create their own latkes, they could still enjoy homemade latkes that were equally “as good as Bubbie used to make.” Friends and families started buying our products at local Holiday Boutiques and local stores. The rest is history!
We gained early recognition from The New York Times as the best heat and serve frozen potato pancake and also by becoming a regular product through Williams Sonoma, as well as other notable retailers. Our Bite Size Latkes were selected for Oprah Magazine’s Holiday O List 2010 and 2014 and Real Simple Magazine’s Holiday Gift Guide 2009. Our unique Heart Shaped Latkes were selected for In Style Magazine’s Valentine’s Day picks; and all of our latkes have been praised in various culinary articles, such as “The Nibble.”
The Beauty of Our Latkes
No need to fuss anymore with shredding potatoes and frying, just heat for a few minutes and serve. Our very small business’ grassroots beginning has blossomed into a nationwide company.
